A full refund will be issued within 24 hours of purchase.

How does the filming go?
Under the terms of the express discount, we assemble a small group of people to film content for.
We select a location and meet at the chosen time. At the location, we chat, have a great time, and take turns filming people according to a pre-prepared plan.
During the shoot, you see a preliminary version, and we make adjustments on the fly.
What if I need more content?
You can order several packages or recalculate the quantity on an individual basis.
How to choose clothes for a photo shoot?
After you fill out the form, we’ll work with you to select the appropriate clothing that best suits your needs.
If you don’t have the appropriate clothing, you can purchase or rent it—contact us after booking.
Can I order for a friend?
You can purchase it for yourself or as a gift certificate for a friend.
How will I receive the material?
Photos are uploaded to my website and stored there for 1 month from the moment you receive the link.
Processing — how the process works
Before processing, we discuss the style we’ll be using—classic, vibrant, cinematic, or muted. First, a color correction test is created. It’s sent to you for approval. You review it and advise on how the corrections should be made. Then, the entire image is color corrected and sent to you for approval. You have one free edit; you express your preferences. You’ll be sent the final color correction.
Next, retouching is done. You express your preferences for retouching: no retouching, natural, medium, or strong. One photo is retouched and sent to you for approval. You’ll be able to express your preferences. Next, all the photos selected for retouching are processed and sent to you for approval. If any edits are needed, you can express your preferences. You’ll be sent the final retouched version.
Who selects the photos to be processed?
You choose the photos you want to edit yourself, as you know best which angles you like best. Then, send the photo numbers or screenshots of photos with the numbers visible to the chat.
What are the processing times?
Processing time is 4-5 business days after you select the photos for correction.
